Weekend Workshop

No previous art experience required, all levels welcome. Learn to paint from a deeper sacred place without judgment, criticism or competition. No previous experience required all levels welcome.
Weekend Workshop Saturday and Sunday February 16-17, 10 am to 5 pm. Cost $225 includes required E-Book Guide, all other materials provided.
Location: Spirit Mask Studio, North Portland. Limited to 10 participants.

FINDING THE GIFTS OF THE SHADOW Weekly Study Group
Tuesday Evening Study Group February 5th thru March 25th, 7pm to 9pm, 8 Week Commitment
Based on the work of Carl Jung, Ken Wilber and Debbie Ford's book “The Dark Side of The Light Chasers,” we learn to explore our Shadows and take back their gifts to empower our lives. Imagine taking the very things that bother you the most and transforming them into the exact strengths you need. ,The Shadow as described by Carl Jung are the parts of us that we disown and keep hidden even from ourselves. These are the parts we buried deep in our unconscious as we become the acceptable good people want to be. The ones that others will love. Discovering your shadow and the gifts they have for you is one of the most freeing experience you will have. This study group helps you uncover the beauty and gifts in your Shadow and accept and welcome them back into your life. It is not that you become the shadow you are hiding but by knowing and accepting these parts of you, you become more more whole.
Study Groups meet Tuesday evening 7 to 9 pm for 8 weeks. Cost is $15 dollars per week. Because each group is closed and limited to 15 you need to commit to being in the group for the full 8 weeks. You need to pay for all 8 meetings at the first meeting or you can make two payments of $60 at the first and 5th meeting. Group meets at my studio in Portland.

BUSTING LOOSE FROM THE MONEY GAME
Wednesday Evening Study Group - Using The Power Of the Field to Create Your Life
Based on the book "Busting Loose from the Money Game" by Robert Scheinfeld, this study group will look at this radical approach of using "The Field" to create your life and free yourself from a game you can't win. The purpose of this group is to explore together these radical ideas and practice together how to tap into "The Field" to expand our awareness and create a better life. The radical ideas presented in this book are not easy to wrap your mind around so you can benefit from discussions as you explore and become familiar with this Quantum approach to the Field, Physics, a Holographic Universe and the Money Game you are currently playing. Of All the books I have read on Quantum Physics and the Zero Point Field this book explains it in the most practical way so we can actually use it in our lives. This group helps you discover the power and magnitude this radical thinking can have on your life.
