Carolyn Winkler grew up in a small farming community in Northern California and left home at 18. She has traveled the world and now lives in Portland, Oregon, where she creates and leads personal growth events that inspire people to discover and be their Authentic Self.

Her personal goal is to create the most fun, effective, proven, fast, creative, self-directed programs available to help you follow internal guidance, find your authentic self and create a stronger more meaningful life. Her system for doing this is through INTUITIVE PAINTING WEEKENDS and Private Session of AFFIRMATIVE INNERGETICS®/Psych-K that motivate, inspire and transform.

As a life long learner, teaching and developing creative self-awareness events for over 10 years, she understands the importance of having proven practices easily available to help you go inside and discover more about yourself. Her training and certifications are listed below.

Carolyn has a BS in Art Education, magna cum laude, from Central Connecticut State University, New Britain CONN. She completed Core Shamanic Studies with renowned Anthropologist Michael Harner at the Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco, CA. and Shamanic Counseling with Sandra Harner PhD, through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, Mill Valley CA. Carolyn studied Process Work with Dr. Arnold Mindell, at both Lava Rock Clinic, Yachats, OR. and The Process Work Institute, Portland OR. She became certified in PSYCH-K® with Joan Cameron, Portland OR. and studied the Shadow Process with Debbie Ford through the Ford Institute For Integrated Coaching, San Diego CA. She studied Painting From The Source with Aviva Gould at Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco, CA. and completed Clean Language and Symbolic Modeling training with Marion Way from Hampshire England at her 2008 and 20011 trainings and is one of the first to be certified in Portland, Or . Before moving to Portland OR. she taught art in college and owned Winkler Contemporary Art Gallery in Sutter Creek, CA. She practiced Hypnotherapy in San Francisco CA. and graduated, Palo Alto School of Hypnotherapy, Palo Alto CA. She has Certification in Art Education, Inner Child Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Process Work Intensive, PSYCH-K®, Shadow Process, Clean Language & Symbolic Modeling, Tourism and Reiki. She is a world traveler and has traveled extensively throughout Mexico, Guatemala, Ecuador, Greece, Turkey, Spain, Morocco, Indonesia, Thailand, Bali, India and South Africa.
